We fight this in a number of ways:
Even dispersion and cardioid design (Manta, Saranna) that direct sound towards you rather than the walls. Hear more of the music and less of the room. Even without acoustic treatment or a dedicated listening space.

For the SBS and Manta, bass comes from separate units placed where the room needs them, or in the case of Saranna, from cabinets designed to work with the wall behind them.

No tricks, no mystery ingredients. Place them sensibly, connect your source, enjoy the music.
